GENERAL FEE POLICY
All fees are subject to the facts and circumstances of the individual case. Cases involving multiple charges, multiple defendants, extensive discovery, expert witnesses, substantial motion practice, significant investigation, or trial preparation may require an additional fee.
Court costs, fines, restitution, probation fees, treatment/program costs, expert fees, investigator fees, and other third-party expenses are not included in attorney fees unless specifically stated in the engagement agreement.
A separate written fee agreement will identify the scope of representation and the services included in the quoted fee.
The total cost of representation will depend on the complexity of your case, the time required, and whether your matter proceeds to trial. During your consultation, we'll discuss your case, explain the legal process, and provide an estimate of anticipated fees whenever possible.
